Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive in the pest management sector, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our pest management services, understand client needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our pest management services.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking and following up on leads to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns to penetrate specific market segments or industries.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client visits, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on pest management solutions and recommending appropriate service plans based on client needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively educate clients on the benefits and value of our services.

Market Intelligence and Competition Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the pest management industry.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing strategies, and service offerings to identify areas of opportunity or improvement.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to the management team, contributing to the development of sales strategies and product enhancements.

Sales Reporting and Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using Salesforce or other designated tools.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and timely response to customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the pest management or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and the ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated customer-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales conversions and achieve revenue targets.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce software, Microsoft Office 365, MS Excel and sales-related tools.
