Job Description

Key Goal:

Ensure all jobs are (1) scheduled and (2) completed promptly and efficiently

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning the best routes for PMPs
  • Plan and allocate manpower for all jobs, including future capacity planning
  • Coordinate and communicate with all PMPs
  • Maintenance of PMP data, including attendance, leave, working hours, OT, vehicles
  • Be involved with new client handover and/or onboarding from the Sales Team
  • Ensure all new contract and ad hoc jobs are scheduled
  • Ensure all the jobs due in the month are scheduled and completed
  • Communicate with PMPs to adjust schedules, time spent at jobs etc.. to ensure improved productivity
  • Maintain revenue generated by each PMP and/or Team
  • Find ways to make the schedules and routes more efficient
  • Work with the Operations Manager to handle any PMP complaints or issues regarding schedules or routing

Academic Education & Knowledge Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in business, logistics or relevant field
  • Knowledge of the pest control and/or facility management preferred

Work Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in operations (supervising drivers, technicians etc..)

Skills Requirements

  • Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and experience using CRM Systems i.e. Salesforce
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Common sense and high attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple accounts (time management)
