Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Business Process Officer, you will play a vital role in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting our company’s business processes. Your expertise will contribute to streamlining operations, improving productivity, and achieving overall organizational effectiveness through various change management projects.

Responsibilities

Change / Transformation Management:

  • Collaborating with management to gather and analyze operational information to determine necessary projects to be undertaken for change
  • Preparing change management strategies to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and maximize efficiency.
  • Creating communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.
  • Owning and managing cross-departmental projects
  • Tracking implementation progress and reporting back to management.
  • Assessing if changes administered impact over time (success/failure rates)
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Managing resistance to change by colleagues
  • Providing ongoing feedback on the Company’s Business Continuity Plan
  • Preparing extensive documentation to demonstrate new changes, facilitate change, and monitoring practices for the future through new policies, reports and SOPs

ISO:

  • Responsible for ISO and BizSafe implementation and certifications
  • Liaising with certification bodies and consultants
  • Ensure full compliance with ISO and BizSafe practices

Documentation and Document Management:

  • Facilitate documentation, review , edit and update standard operating procedures and related documents, forms and policies
  • Manage the company-wide documentation and controls
  • Managing document infrastructure and systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or change management role
  • Working experience in Business Continuity Management systems i.e. ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001
  • Experience in Project Management i.e. sprint-based, gantt chart, agile, scrum, etc
  • Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and experience using CRM Systems i.e., Salesforce
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of the pest management business process advantageous
